About Brand Bistro
Every memorable restaurant starts with a story.
Great restaurants aren't remembered for the food alone. They're remembered because people talk about them, recommend them, and bring other people back.
Â
That's where we come in.

Looking back, those years taught me a few lessons I still bring into every client relationship today.
so, how did brand bistro start?
There had to be a better way.
People often assume I always wanted to start an agency.
Â
Truthfully, I didn't.Â

I found my way into PR almost by accident through an internship. My background was actually in finance, but it didn't take long to realise I'd found something I genuinely loved. Every day was different. It blended strategy, creativity, problem solving and, most importantly, people.

Over the next few years, I worked alongside restaurants, hotels and hospitality brands both internationally and across the GCC, while also supporting clients in luxury, lifestyle and healthcare. Every project taught me something, but one lesson kept coming back.

Great PR isn't about sending more press releases.

It's about understanding people, earning trust and telling the right story to the right audience.

Along the way, I realised something.

Some of the most exciting hospitality brands weren't the biggest names. They were independent restaurants, passionate founders and brilliant people creating incredible hospitality experiences, but without anyone helping them tell their story.

That's where Brand Bistro began.

Today, I work with hospitality brands that genuinely care about what they do. Whether you're opening your first cafe or growing an established restaurant group, my role is the same: helping your story become part of the conversations that matter.

Why clients trust us
A few things I've learnt along the way...
After years of doing this, I've realised great PR usually comes down to getting a few simple things right.
01
Story First
If people don't remember your story, they won't remember your restaurant.
02
Relationships Matter
The best opportunities don't come from databases.Â
They come from trust.
03
Hospitality Only
Restaurants aren't one of our sectors.
They're why Brand Bistro exists.
04
Small on purpose
Small enough to know every client.
Experienced enough to challenge them.

Why Brand bistro
If we're a good fit...
Working together should feel easy.

Honest conversations. Thoughtful ideas. Quick replies. No unnecessary jargon or complicated processes.

You'll always know what we're working on, why it matters and what's coming next.

Sometimes I'll challenge an idea. Sometimes I'll tell you to slow down. Sometimes I'll probably suggest we grab a coffee before making a decision.

Because the best client relationships aren't built on monthly reports.

They're built on trust.
If you've made it this far
Coffee?
The best client relationships I've built all started the same way.

Over a coffee.

Sometimes we leave with a new strategy.

Sometimes with a fresh perspective.

Sometimes we simply realise we're a good fit.

Coffee's on me.

Worst case? You leave with a few new ideas to think about.
Best case? We've just planned your next big launch.
